Overview:
FoodMASTER Higher Education curriculum presents Nutrition and Dietetics and Family and Consumer Science college students with new courses focusing on food and agriculture as a way to improve understanding of the nature of living systems and the promotion of healthy living. The courses will be offered to East Carolina University students and are designed to foster improved comprehension and application of foundation knowledge and skills for applied practice in food and agriculture science focused professions.
